AngleOS

Work inquiries with agents, side by side

AngleOS is the operator workspace for Angle Health — triage queues, review AI plans, send replies, and keep member, claim, and employer context open while you work.

What you can do

Built for day-to-day operators — pick a queue, work an inquiry, choose a plan, send a reply, and keep context open while agents help.

Queue triage

Inbox

Open Claims, Care Team, or Account Management from the landing cards or Teams popover. Land on work that needs a reply, filtered to your queue.

Day to day

After you sign in, open the Day-to-day guide from the account menu for a step-by-step walkthrough that can open the real surfaces as you go.

  1. Land on your queue

From the empty workspace, click a queue card (Claims, Care Team, or Account Management) — or open Teams in the dock and pick a lane. The inbox opens filtered to active work awaiting a reply.

  2. Scan the worklist

Read the State column: needs response, draft ready, needs decision, executing, parked. Use toolbar filters or “Most actionable first” sort. Notice a claim chip if someone else already has the inquiry.

  3. Open an inquiry

Click a row to read it in the split pane, or open it as its own window. You soft-claim it and it shows up in Recent Activity so you can jump back later.

  4. Review triage plans

Stay on the Triage tab. Read each proposed plan in plain words — confidence, park badge, money-action warnings. If the planner asks questions, answer them and optionally re-propose.

  5. Decide and execute

Pick a plan with the radio, then Approve & run (confirm gates or money when prompted). Or choose None of these… with a reason. Watch the execution journey; open Observe if you want the live terminal.

  6. Review and send the reply

When a draft is ready, edit subject, body, attachments, and Session With, then send. Use Investigate chat first when you only need a read-only diagnosis.

  7. Park, pivot, or context-switch

Park via a plan with park intent or by status, then monitor from the dock Parked window. Open member, claim, or employer windows from identity chips or search. Keep several windows side by side while you work.

  8. Check automation

Open Automation to see how categories run on Auto, One click, AI helped, or Manual — and to tune autopilot when you own that lane.
